So, rather than Googling age statistics, focus on what you can control: Sleep, nutrition, living in harmony with your cycle, eliminating PMS, and balancing your hormones. Control the controllable.

Honestly, I don’t have a definitive answer for this. And, from a medical perspective, no reputable expert can give you a simple one-liner on how to engineer twins or triplets naturally. If anyone claims they can, chances are they’re selling you something!
