Select subscribe to sign up to my newsletter and learn how to prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy, child and beyond. Once subscribed, you will receive a link to the ‘An introduction to natural fertility’ video recording and a password to access it, straight into your email inbox.

How do l I receive my free ‘ready to try?’ e-book?

Select subscribe to receive my newsletter and learn how to prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy, child and beyond. Once you have subscribed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you confirm the subscription you will receive a download link for the e-book in a separate email.

How do the fertility consultations work?

All the consultations are conducted by me, Irena, online via video call. After booking, you’ll fill out a comprehensive health assessment form. I will review your history and lifestyle before our call, and be able to offer personalised recommendations. Depending on your needs, you can purchase a single consultation or opt for a package that includes follow-up sessions, ongoing support, and specialised fertility action plans.

How do I know which consultation package is right for me?

I offer a range of packages depending on your needs:
 • Single consultation: Ideal if you're thinking about trying for a baby.
 • 3x consultations with three month support plan: Best if you’ve been trying for around three months.
 • 6x consultations and six month support plan: Tailored to you if you’ve been trying for 6 months or more.

How do I book an appointment?

I have three appointment options - book a consultation to start your fertility boosting journey; book a 3 month support plan to delve in deeper to your individual fertility; book a 6 month support plan to optimise your fertility plan to its fullest. Go to the Consultations (https://www.howtoboostfertility.com/consultations)page to find out which plan suits you best. Press ‘Book’(https://www.howtoboostfertility.com/booking) to select the plan for you, fill in your details and choose the date/time of your appointments.

How do I book more than one appointment at once?

When choosing the date and time of your appointment, use the ‘add more times’ button to select another appointment time. If you are electing for a 3 or 6 month support plan you will need to book all your appointment dates/times at the time of purchase, please space your appointments out to one per month, to help you receive the best support possible.

How do I book a block of appointments?

Upon registering for a consultation, you will need to select the dates and times of all the appointments in your block. Three appointments for the three month option, or six appointments for the six month option. Please space your appointments out to one per month, to help you receive the best support possible.

How do I pay for an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Select a consultation plan on the Consultations (https://www.howtoboostfertility.com/consultations)p(https://www.howtoboostfertility.com/consultations)age, fill out your details and select an appointment, then follow the instructions to take you to the payment page. For all our payments, we use Stripe, a secure card payment method. You can use any card, credit or debit.  
If you would like to pay in instalments, Stripe will allow you to save the card number which will then be charged monthly.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and things come up that mean you can’t make an appointment. For this reason, you can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to the start of your booked appointment time, free of charge.
Because time is needed to review and prepare for your individual case before we meet, a new appointment cannot be held within 48 hours of rescheduling.

Can I cancel my appointment if I change my mind?

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel your appointment any time within 48 hours and receive a full refund. The full refund will be returned to your bank account within 5 working days from the moment the cancellation is confirmed. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged the full amount.

Fertility is a complex process, and results can vary depending on individual factors such as health and lifestyle. Many women begin to notice positive changes within a few weeks of following my recommendations, but it’s important to be patient and consistent with your plan.
